Student Mentoring Cell

The Student Mentoring Cell has been actively working with all college staff in the academic year 2023-2024. Student mentoring cell forwarded the list of students (Mentee) to the all Department HOD’s and then they allotted students to the teachers (Mentor). After allotment of the students to mentors ,all mentors conducted meeting with students.In meeting session,all mentors did fruitfül communication with students, All Mentor has maintained the meeting records and also recorded suggestions/requirements from students.Student mentoring cell collected all information from the mentor and prepared report. Due to the direct communication between mentor and the student there was a good improvement in the teacher-students relationship. Also good improvement in students’ attendance records was observed. Student mentoring work benefited to students for building their career and was helpful for developing communication skills. Through Mentor- Mentee interaction, nurtured thinking ability, speaking and listening skills among the students. Mentorship work motivated students for participating in various college activities.All thestudents in the college has been divided and given to them  entors.The mentors personally connected to the mentees and their personal problems were addresses and solutions were given by the mentors
